●     Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

●     Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the UK/US (depending on your region). International shipping may take 10-21 business days.

●     Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

 

To maintain honest pricing and a lower carbon footprint, some of our items may ship directly from our trusted makers. This means your order might arrive in separate packages.

 

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your home.

 

For international orders, Chosen_By_Chloe acts as your agent for the delivery. You are responsible for any local import taxes or duties levied by your country’s customs authorities. We are unable to reclaim these costs if an item is returned.

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at dongchen@chosenbychloe.com with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to make it right.
